If you do not like the mock-up, we are happy to modify it or cancel the order at that stage for a full refund. Received one of these sweaters for my birthday & I am absolutely in love with how much detail was able to be added to give my black cats face definition! Black cat designs can end up looking boring & like a blob, but that's not the case here, it's so well done & beautiful 😍
I ordered two as gifts and both were a hit. It was my first time ordering and Ill definitely be ordering again. The ordered one with two pets , one of our dogs is a gray mini schnauzer but he came out a little more gray with brown on the embroidery, which isn't too obvious but that's also on the picture quality sent over, so make sure your pictures are very clear. Either way both my orders were well received.
We bought three of these customed sweaters. The first time, the made a small mixed up with our order but was able to fix the order I'm a timely manner. They were super professional and fair. The sweaters are of a good quality.
