HOW THIS WORKS:
• We will digitally illustrate a photo of your pet, then embroider it on a high quality, durable and versatile tote bag. You will receive a mockup prior to order fulfillment. Please approve the mockup within 24hrs. If we do not hear back, the order will automatically get cancelled and refunded. Please note- a design fee of $12 will still be collected. Please note- a new digitization (photo swap) is an extra $5.
• After you place your order, please send me your pet's photo(s) + name via Etsy message. **Please send a high-quality photo - the better the quality, the better the sweatshirt. If unsure, please send a few photos and I'll pick one.**
**** Please note- after the portrait is done, I am able to do minor edits only. I am not able to re-create the piece using an entirely different photo than what you initially provided.
**** Please expect the following from your new bag:
1. Machine markings around the design. This is normal and is to be expected.
2. Slight color variations from the mockup to the actual embroidery. No embroidery can mimic the mockup 100%.
3. Possible loose (excess) thread on or around your embroidery. We will try our best to clip the excess thread, but if you notice some loose thread upon receiving your bag, do not fret. It will not ruin your embroidery and you can feel free to clip it gently.

RETURN POLICY
We send mockups prior to producing your order to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with your custom pet swag. If you do not like the mock-up, we are happy to modify it or cancel the order at that stage for a full refund. Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the product once it goes into production we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or never arrived. Thank you for understanding.
