- We send mockups prior to producing your order to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with your custom pet swag. If you do not like the mock-up, we are happy to modify it or cancel the order at that stage for a full refund. Unfortunately due to the custom nature of the product once it goes into production we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or never arrived. Thank you for understanding.

Long story short. Wanted my order to arrive in time for a Christmas gift. Placed order beginning of November. Sent several emails regarding still awaiting the mock-up. Order was canceled at the end of November with no details. Contacted to ask why my order was canceled and told they sent the mockup and I never approved it. Lies. So I ordered the sweatshirt again beginning of December and asked that it please arrive by Christmas given the circumstances. Seemed doable enough. Received a few different mock-up needing correction. Was actively communicating with them so there was no excuse for the fact that my sweatshirt color was CHANGED without my permission/approval in order to arrive in time for Christmas. They told me after they had sent it that they have changed it to a completely different color (despite being very communicative with them this entire process so they easily could’ve asked me if it was okay before making that huge change) and the sweatshirt customization was still completely wrong even though sending adjustments in. I tried reaching out to give them the opportunity to make this right and have not heard back. I want what I ordered! It’s a shame because it’s such a cute product concept. Too bad the service and communication severely lacks.
